Equipment Sales Enquiries

Customers enquiring about a tractor, loader, excavator, backhoe, skid steer loader, trailer, implement, or attachment should include the product name or stock reference shown on the website.

Useful details include the type of work, required capacity, horsepower, lifting height, working width, material type, terrain, expected daily workload, preferred brand, and available budget. Delivery town, province, and postal code should also be included when transport is required.

Clear information helps our team identify a practical option and prepare an accurate quotation. Product availability is confirmed before an order is accepted.

Parts Enquiries

Correct part identification reduces delays, unnecessary transport costs, and returns. Please provide the machine manufacturer, full model designation, serial number, year of manufacture if known, engine details, original part number where available, and a clear description of the required component.

Photographs should show the complete part, mounting points, connectors, hose fittings, shafts, identification markings, and the machine identification plate. Measurements may be requested for components that have several similar versions.

Customers should not rely only on visual similarity. Parts that appear alike may differ in shaft size, internal ratio, mounting position, pressure rating, electrical specification, software configuration, or connector type.

Quotation Requests

Quotation requests may be emailed to sales@vkbequipments.co.za. Include your full name, business name where relevant, telephone number, product details, quantity, delivery location, and preferred purchase timeframe.

A quotation may show the product price, VAT where applicable, delivery charges, preparation costs, and any additional service requested. The quotation remains valid for the period shown and remains subject to stock availability until the order is accepted and payment requirements are met.

Existing Orders

Customers contacting us about an existing transaction should provide the order number, invoice number, customer name, telephone number, product purchased, payment date, and delivery address.

Our team can assist with payment confirmation, collection arrangements, dispatch information, delivery questions, incorrect items, damaged goods, returns, refunds, and warranty enquiries.

Delivery Damage or Missing Items

Goods should be inspected when delivered. Visible damage, missing components, or an incorrect product should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

Keep the product, packaging, labels, pallet, accessories, and delivery documents while the matter is reviewed. Clear photographs of the packaging, product, waybill, and visible damage may be required. Do not install, dismantle, modify, repair, or discard the affected item before contacting us.

Offering Equipment for Sale

VKB Equipments may consider selected agricultural machines, construction equipment, attachments, trailers, and parts inventories for purchase.

Owners should send the make, model, serial number, year, operating hours, general condition, known faults, service history, ownership documents, equipment location, expected price, and clear photographs or videos.

Submitting equipment information does not require VKB Equipments to make an offer. Any purchase remains subject to inspection, ownership verification, condition assessment, and agreement on transport.
